This session focuses on capturing natural, engaging footage that helps your business connect with your audience across social media. Whether you need behind-the-scenes clips, product highlights, or personality-driven content, this session creates videos that feel authentic, professional, and ready to post. Each content day is thoughtfully planned around your business goals so the final videos feel cohesive, intentional, and aligned with your brand voice. You’ll receive a curated gallery of polished short-form videos ready to use across your platforms. What’s Included: • 1-hour on-site filming session • Creative direction + content planning • Minimum of 8 edited short-form videos, ready to upload on all platforms (the number of videos directly correlates to the style you're wanting: trendy, informative, talking, etc.) • 7–10 business day delivery • Commercial usage rights
Cancellation Policy
At KD Collective Media, every project is handled with care, creativity, and respect for both of our time. Please review the following policies before booking: • 3-Month Minimum Commitment (for Management Packages) All monthly management packages (Foundation, Signature, and Luxe) require a 3-month minimum. This allows us to build consistency, gather analytics, and deliver measurable growth for your business. • Payment Terms First payment is due upon signing or booking. Following payments will be automatically billed every 30 days through Wix Payments. All payments are non-refundable once services have begun. • Cancellations & Rescheduling Content Days may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, unless due to illness or emergency. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. If client wishes to terminate their 3 month commitment early, they are required to fully pay the rest of their owed commitment amount. After the initial three-month minimum, either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. • Preparedness Policy Please ensure your filming space, products, or team are ready at your scheduled time. If a Content Day is shortened due to lack of preparation, we may either deliver a reduced number of videos or schedule an additional shoot at your expense. • Travel Complimentary travel is included within 30 minutes of New Braunfels, TX. Additional mileage will be billed at $0.65/mile or agreed flat rate. • Refunds Payments are non-refundable once work has begun or filming has occurred. • Client Communication Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST. Messages received outside business hours will be answered the next business day. • Credit & Usage KD Collective Media retains creative ownership of all produced content and may showcase work across social media and marketing platforms unless otherwise requested in writing. Clients may repurpose their content for their own business marketing purposes but may not resell or redistribute to others.
