The Initial Consultation is where every partnership with KD Collective Media begins. During this one-hour session, we’ll take a deep dive into your business, brand goals, and current social media presence to determine the best path forward. If you’re interested in a Content Day, we’ll discuss your vision, plan what you want to showcase, and outline exactly what type of content will connect with your audience. If you’re exploring full social media management, we’ll review each package together and identify which level of service best fits your goals and budget. By the end of our meeting, you’ll have a clear understanding of your next steps and receive a custom-tailored proposal designed specifically for your business. Whether you’re ready to hand off your socials or simply want a professional roadmap, this consultation sets the foundation for a strategy that’s intentional, effective, and true to your brand.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email link. Reschedules requested within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may require rebooking at a later date depending on availability. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Because this is a complimentary session, I ask that you respect my time by showing up promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and will need to be rebooked. No-shows (without notice) may forfeit the ability to book another free consultation in the future. Follow-Up After our consultation, you’ll receive a custom proposal and service agreement outlining the package that best fits your needs. Your project officially begins once the proposal is accepted, the contract is signed, and your first payment is received.
